Spojiti provides end-to-end encrypted messaging, calling and related features. Your identity is a cryptographic key derived from a recovery phrase that only you hold — if you lose the phrase, we cannot recover your identity or history, because we never had them.
Do not use Spojiti for unlawful activity, to harass or endanger others, to distribute content that exploits or endangers children, or to interfere with the service. We cannot read content, but we may restrict service to identifiers engaged in abuse of the platform itself, and we respond to valid legal process as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your messages belong to you. They are end-to-end encrypted; we hold ciphertext only, transiently, for delivery. You are responsible for the content you send and for keeping your recovery phrase and devices secure.
Optional paid tiers are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms; manage or cancel in your store account. Payment features hand off to your own payment apps — Spojiti is never a party to those transactions.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance.
